Not the Right Fit?

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. If your Oszea shoes aren’t the perfect fit, we’re here to help!

  1. Return & Exchange Assurance Reach out, and we'll handle your swap hassle-free. You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. Return Process To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at info@oszea.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Exchange Process If you need a different size or color, simply contact us at info@oszea.com within 30 days of delivery. We’ll guide you through the exchange process and ensure you get the right fit.
  4. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
  5. Return Shipping Costs
  • Return shipping costs are covered by Oszea for exchanges.
  • For refunds, a return shipping fee of $5 NZD may apply, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Extra charges may apply for Rural and Island deliveries.
  1. Non-Returnable Items Please note that certain items, such as gift cards and final sale items, are not eligible for return or exchange.
  2. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@oszea.com, and we’ll make it right.
  3. International Returns For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees or duties that may apply.
