Oszea Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
- All online orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours.
- Our team will notify you if there are any issues with your order.
Delivery Details:
- We ship exclusively with NZ Post, covering all of New Zealand.
- For more specific delivery time frames, please visit the NZ Post website: NZ Post.
- No deliveries will be made on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Fees:
- A flat rate shipping fee of $5 NZD applies to all orders throughout New Zealand. Except Rural and Island deliveries, Extra charges may applies.
- Orders with a minimum spend of $200 NZD or more will receive free shipping.
- The delivery time frame is 2-8 business days, depending on your location.
